Common use of DAILY RECEIPTS Clause in Contracts

DAILY RECEIPTS. A. Under the Agreement, Concessionaire shall be required to maintain a daily record of all gross receipts derived from the Concession Operation. This record shall be available at all times. Concessionaire shall, upon request by Department, provide a breakdown and accounting of all sales activity for each day. Failure on the part of Concessionaire to maintain daily receipts shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Termination in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 10 and 11. B. All cash, credit and debit payments received by Concessionaire shall be deposited into a single bank account maintained at a bank located within the State of New Jersey and maintained solely for the subject Concession Operation, through which all financial transactions (including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, and purchases) must pass.
