DAILY RECEIPTS. A. Under this License Agreement, Licensee shall be required to maintain a daily record of all gross receipts derived from the License Operation. This record shall be available at all times. Licensee shall, upon request by Department, provide a breakdown and accounting of all sales activity for each day. Failure on the part of Licensee to maintain daily receipts shall constitute a material breach of this License Agreement subject to Suspension of Operations and/or Revocation in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Paragraphs 8 and 9. B. All cash, credit, and debit payments received by Licensee shall be deposited into a separate account or fund maintained solely for the subject License Operation, through which all financial transactions (including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, and purchases) must pass.
