Common use of Daily Reporting Clause in Contracts

Daily Reporting. The reporting frequency for the sector manager’s ACE Status 47 Report will be increased to daily when 90 % of any of the sector’s ACE is reached. The 48 sector manager, or a designated representative, must notify NOAA Fisheries immediately 49 by electronic mail if the threshold that triggers daily reporting has been reached.
