Daily Trading Volume Sample Clauses

Daily Trading Volume. “Daily Trading Volume” means for any security the aggregate dollar value of all trades in such security on the principal securities exchange or trading market where such security is listed or traded for the entirety of a Trading Day as reported by Bloomberg (without regard to (i) pre-open or after-hours trading outside of any regular trading session for such Trading Day or (ii) block trades.
Daily Trading Volume. On any given trading day, the Investor agrees to limit its trading in Common Shares to no more than 20% of the daily volume of the trading of the Common Shares on the CSE on the trading day immediately preceding such trade, such daily trade restriction applying to Common Shares issuable on exercise of the Facility Warrants and Commitment Warrants and Common Shares issuable on conversion of Debentures. The foregoing restriction does not apply to the Common Shares issuable on conversion of Debentures from the First Closing and Second Closing for which the Investor will use its commercially reasonable best efforts to limit its trading of such Common Shares to no more than 25% of the daily volume on any given trading day.

  • Volume ACM requires that at least 800 litres of Milk is available for collection at any one time from the Farm. Supplier must ensure that all Milk collected by ACM under this Agreement is refrigerated, agitated and less than 48 hours old at the time of collection.

  • Trading Day For purposes of this Warrant, the term "trading day" means any day on which the principal United States securities exchange or trading market where the Common Stock is then listed is open for trading.
