Daily Usage. Record File provides the accumulated set of call information for a given Day as captured or recorded by the network Switches. This file will be transmitted Monday through Friday, excluding Qwest holidays. This information is a file of unrated Qwest originated usage messages and rated CLEC originated usage messages. It is provided in ATIS standard Electronic Message Interface (EMI) format. This EMI format is outlined in the document SR-320; which can be obtained directly from ATIS. The Daily Usage Record File contains multi-state data for the Data Processing Center generating this information. Individual state identification information is contained with the message detail. Qwest will provide this data to CLEC with the same level of precision and accuracy it provides itself. This file will be provided for resale products.
