Common use of Daily Work Records Clause in Contracts

Daily Work Records. With respect to changed work performed on a time and materials basis, Subcontractor shall prepare a Daily Worksheet each day that work is performed. Said worksheet shall identify all labor hours expended on the changed work categorized by each employee. The Daily Worksheet shall also identify any materials purchased and consumed for the changed work as well as any equipment used to perform the changed work. Subcontractor shall obtain BP’s Superintendent’s signature on the Daily Worksheet indicating agreement only with the hours worked, materials consumed and equipment used for the changed work, but not the cost.
