Common use of Damage and repairs to Work Clause in Contracts

Damage and repairs to Work. 14.1 The Developer, at its own cost, is to repair and make good to the satisfaction of the Council any loss or damage to a Work from any cause whatsoever which occurs prior to the date on which the Work is taken to have been completed under this Agreement.
