DAMAGE AND VANDALISM. Sugarloaf Peak Landscape Maintenance Association shall be solely responsible for the replacement or repair of any and all damage to Improvements. Sugarloaf Peak Landscape Maintenance Association must maintain full property liability coverage throughout the duration of this Agreement and limits set forth in Paragraph 8 below.

DAMAGE AND VANDALISM. 10.1 All breakages and damage must be reported within 24 hours to Council so that repairs can be made. 10.2 Following a casual hire of a facility, a post event audit of the facility will be conducted. In the event the facility is found either damaged or in an untidy condition a fee will be charged to the Hirer to restore the facility. 10.3 Neither Council nor its representatives shall be liable for any loss or damage sustained. 10.4 Should a Hirer or other person attending the booking vandalise the property they will be invoiced for the cost of damages and be ineligible from future hire of facilities in MVCC.
