Damage of Personal Property. The loss or damage occurred while the teacher was performing duties assigned by the District, or 2. The loss or damage was not covered by any type of insurance held by or covering the teacher, and 3. The loss or damage did not apply to: a) automobiles or other forms of transportation, b) money, or c) any item valued at two hundred dollars ($200) or more unless registered in writing with the Building Principal prior to the loss or damage as an item of personal property to be insured by the District.
