Damage to Attachments. Both Sprint and CBT will exercise precautions to avoid damaging the Attachments of the other or to any CBT Structure to which Sprint obtains access hereunder. Subject to the limitations in Article XXVI, the Party damaging the Attachments of the other shall be responsible to the other therefor.
