Damage to Eligible Structure. 5.4.2.1 In the event that the Eligible Structure in which the Dedicated Space is located shall be so damaged by fire or other casualty that closing, demolition or substantial alteration or reconstruction thereof shall, in SBC-13STATE’s opinion be advisable, then, notwithstanding that the Dedicated Space may be unaffected thereby, SBC-13STATE, at its option, may terminate services provided via this Appendix by giving the Collocator ten (10) business days prior written notice within thirty (30) business days following the date of such occurrence, if at all possible.
