Common use of Damage to Public Property Clause in Contracts

Damage to Public Property. In the event the use, operation, construction, demolition or reconstruction of any improvements or License Area cause(s) any damage whatsoever to any other public property, then LICENSEE shall be responsible for the cost of repair and shall, at CITY’S option, make said repairs or reimburse CITY for the cost of same.
