Damage to Vehicle. Renter shall pay FRASERWAY RV LP for all damage and/or mechanical repairs to vehicle and accessories, regardless of fault, resulting from abuse and/or misuse and/or negligence. If the renter has complied with the terms of this agreement, the renter’s liability for collision damage shall not exceed the amount stated in this agreement.
