DAMAGE WAIVER COVERAGE. A damage waiver is not insurance coverage. If you purchase a damage waiver for the cost set forth in the Rental Agreement, we will waive our right to hold you or any authorized driver liable for damages. Even if you buy a damage waiver, you and any authorized driver will remain liable for damage if you violate paragraph 15, or any other terms mentioned in the terms & conditions or in the contract, or any of the following apply:
