Common use of Damaged Containers Clause in Contracts

Damaged Containers. Whenever a container is damaged, Contractor shall replace the damaged container as soon as possible, but in no event later than one week following notification by the using agency. All costs associated with replacement or repair of the equipment furnished by the contractor shall be the responsibility of the contractor or the person/company that damaged the container.
