DAMAGES AND SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE. The Employee expressly recognizes that any breach of the provisions of this Agreement is likely to result in irreparable injury to the Protected Entities and that money damages may not adequately compensate the Protected Entities for such breach. Therefore, the Employee agrees that the Protected Entities shall be entitled, if it so elects, to institute and prosecute proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction not only to obtain damages for any breach of this Agreement, but also to enforce the specific performance of this Agreement by the Employee and to enjoin Employee from activities in violation of this Agreement
