Damages to Personal Property. The employer will provide just compensation for the destruction or damage of clothing or personal property when loss or damage is caused as a result of employment; providing any personal property or prosthetic device so damaged or destroyed is Management approved and required; and subject to the incident being reported to the employee's immediate supervisor prior to the end of the shift during which the incident occurred and a fiscal claim being made to Management within 72 hours.
