Common use of Dangerous Conditions Clause in Contracts

Dangerous Conditions. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to exercise reasonable care when using the Premises and all improvements thereon to discover and promptly remedy any conditions that may pose an unreasonable risk of harm to members of the general public or other Airport users or that may constitute a violation of law. If an unsafe, defective or dangerous condition, or violation of the law is discovered, Tenant warrants that no one other than Tenant and City employees, agents and representatives will be admitted to the Premises and no property belonging to any party other than Tenant and City will be transported to, collected at or stored upon the Premises until the unsafe, defective or dangerous condition, or violation of law is corrected.‌
