Common use of Data Aggregation Clause in Contracts

Data Aggregation. Except as otherwise limited by this Agreement, Contractor may disclose PHI to provide Data Aggregation services to Covered Entity or RCEB as permitted by 45 CFR 164.504(e)(2)(i)(B). Any aggregated data will be de-identified in compliance with 45 C.F.R. 164.502(d) before it is disclosed. Contractor agrees that it will not disclose any re-identification key or other mechanism to re-identify the data.
