Data Backup and Disaster Recovery. If the Solution maintains a database then, unless otherwise stated on the Order: (a) Superion shall provide an electronic backup of the Customer Data accordance with the backup cycle defined in the Order (and if no backup cycle is defined, at reasonable intervals); and (b) Superion shall maintain a disaster recovery plan which includes a procedure for the restoration of Customer’s production environment at an alternate facility in the event of a disaster. Superion’s disaster recovery plan shall be tested at least once each calendar year.
