Data Backups. 5.1 Unless we otherwise agree or confirm in writing, we maintain regular, up to date backups of all of your personal data in connection with the Software and Support Services, for the Term and for at least the period in Sub-Section 4.1.5 following the End Date. Backups shall take place daily and shall be stored for 45 days. 5.2 We can provide you with access to such backup data at all times on request, or otherwise provide us with the means to extract such data from you directly, if needed, at no additional cost.
