Common use of Data Center Access Clause in Contracts

Data Center Access. In addition to the Access to Secure State Facilities and Confidential Information provisions in Schedule D – Section 1 [insert applicable section] above, the following provisions apply specifically to Licensor, its subcontractors, and employees who have access to the Data Center. For purposes of this Schedule D, "Data Center" means the State of Montana Data Center located in Helena, Montana and the Miles City Data Center, located in Miles City, Montana.
