The Company collects personal information about Eligible Individual for purposes of administration of the Plan, including: name, home address, telephone number and email address, date of birth, social insurance number, passport or other identification number, salary, citizenship, nationality, job title, any equity, shares of stock or directorships held in the Company and its Affiliates, details of all RSUs or any other entitlement to equity granted, canceled, vested, unvested or outstanding in Eligible Individual’s favor, which the Company receives from Eligible Individual or the Employer (“Eligible Individual Data”). The Company will process and use Eligible Individual Data for the purposes of allocating stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s legal basis for the processing of Eligible Individual’s Data is based on contractual necessity for the performance of the Plan.
