In granting the Restricted Stock Units under the Plan, the Company will collect, process, use, disclose and transfer (collectively, "Processing") Personal Data for purposes of implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company's legal basis for the Processing of Personal Data is the Company's legitimate business interests of managing the Plan, administering employee awards and complying with its contractual and statutory obligations, as well as the necessity of the Processing for the Company to perform its contractual obligations under the Agreement and the Plan. Your refusal to provide Personal Data would make it impossible for the Company to perform its contractual obligations and may affect your ability to participate in the Plan. As such, by accepting the Restricted Stock Units, you voluntarily acknowledge the Processing of your Personal Data as described herein.
