Data Custodians. The Agencies will each appoint a data custodian to be responsible for safeguarding all computer media containing identifiable data and for data files, and for ensuring that all terms and conditions of this MOU are met. If, for any reason, either agency finds it necessary to change data custodians, it will give written notification to the other agency within 30 days of the change, including the effective date of such change.
