Common use of Data Definitions Clause in Contracts

Data Definitions. References to Buyer Personal Data (as defined in the G-Cloud 13 Call-Off Contract) are references to Customer Data as set out in this Agreement. References to “Service Data” in any Google documents, do not refer to the same definition under the G-Cloud 13 Call-Off Contract, and Google is a controller of such “Service Data”, and the processing of such data is subject to the Google Cloud Privacy Notice at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/terms/cloud-privacy-notice as updated from time to time.
