Common use of Data Delivery Clause in Contracts

Data Delivery. The Company shall specify the content and format of the information required to deliver the Services (“Controlled Information”) which may be varied by the Company from time to time. This includes but is not limited to employee numbers, hours worked, changes to rates of pay, bank details and tax codes. The Customer must ensure the clarity and accuracy of the Controlled Information.
