Data Disclosures. Any requests from governmental authorities regarding access to Purchaser’s Personal Data that the Supplier may receive should be immediately notified to Purchaser, unless such notification is prohibited by applicable law. Supplier should not respond to such a request without Purchaser’s prior written approval.
