Common use of Data Location Clause in Contracts

Data Location. 2.1 Contractor shall not store or transfer non-public County of Placer data outside the United States. This prohibition includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The Contractor will permit its personnel and contractors to access County of Placer data remotely only as required to provide technical support.
