Data Preservation. Prior to any intervention by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or its contractors and as a matter of routine, the Restaurateur must: (a) perform a backup of all data and files; and (b) run the programs intended to prevent any loss, destruction or alteration of the Restaurant’s data. For any request for Installation Support Services, Maintenance Services, or repair and replacement services, the Restaurateur must contact TheFork Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 22:00 Paris time. TheFork or its contractors cannot perform Maintenance Services in the following situations: ∙ if the Hardware configuration was changed and/or software added that is not compatible with the core software; ∙ the use of consumables that are not compatible with the Hardware; ∙ the use of an unsuitable electrical current or defective telephone lines; ∙ faulty air conditioning or fluctuations in the electrical current; ∙ failure of the Restaurateur to comply with this Agreement; ∙ accidents, acts of vandalism, intentional or unintentional negligence, water damage, fire, acts of sabotage or any force majeure event.
