Common use of Data Privacy Acknowledgement Clause in Contracts

Data Privacy Acknowledgement. The Employee hereby acknowledges that he or she has read and understood the terms regarding collection, processing and transfer of Data contained in Section 12 of the Grant Agreement and by participating in the Plan, the Employee agrees to such terms. In this regard, upon request of the Company or the Employer, the Employee agrees to provide an executed data privacy consent form to the Employer or the Company (or any other agreements or consents that may be required by the Employer or the Company) that the Company and/or the Employer may deem necessary to obtain under the data privacy laws in the Employee’s country, either now or in the future. The Employee understands that he or she will not be able to participate in the Plan if the Employee fails to execute any such consent or agreement.
