Common use of Data Processing Addendum Clause in Contracts

Data Processing Addendum. This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms a part of the Agreement between Klarity and Customer for the provision of Services by Klarity to Customer and applies to Klarity’s Processing of Personal Data (as defined below) provided by Customer to Klarity as part of Klarity’s provision of Services under the Agreement. The terms of this DPA will be effective and replace any previously applicable data processing terms as of the date of last signature.
