DATA PROCESSING ANNEX. The provisions of this Annex apply to any Orders involving the Processing (as defined in paragraph 1 below) of Customer Data (as defined in paragraph 1 below) as part of BAE Systems’ delivery of the Services. To the extent that Customer Data is also Confidential Information, the provisions of this Data Processing Annex shall apply in respect of such Customer Data to the exclusion of the confidentiality provisions set out in the Agreement.
