Common use of Data Protection and Information Security Clause in Contracts

Data Protection and Information Security. 12.1 To the extent that Customer Data is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) of the European Union, the Data Processing Addendum, attached as Exhibit A, shall apply to such Customer Data, and is hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Customer is solely responsible for determining whether Customer Data is subject to CCPA and GDPR.
