Data Protection and Processing. 9.1. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('Data Subject') as defined in the applicable data protection law. 9.2. Some of the personal data provided may be stored or processed in other jurisdictions, such as the United States, whose data protection laws may differ from this jurisdiction.
