Data queries. The CONTRACTOR authorizes the CONTRACTING PARTY to make inquiries in credit analysis and information services, including SERASA - Centralização de Serviços de Bancos S/A and SPC/CDL - Credit Protection Service, regarding their regularity, as well as the regularity of its partners. Data queries. 2.14.1 The Operator shall 2.14.1.2 action Data Queries received from BTDS relating to Operator Customer Directory Information and provide a detailed response on the action taken or provide confirmation that no action is required to BTDS within reasonable timescales. If a critical data query as defined in the BTDS Manual is received, the Operator is required to action and respond within 1 working day of receipt. 2.14.2 BT shall: 2.14.2.1 process Data Queries relating to Operator Customer Directory Information received from Directory Product Providers via the Database and send to the owning Operator who does not have access to the On-line Database. 2.14.2.2 use reasonable endeavours to respond to Data Queries relating to Operator Customer Directory Information referred by the Operator in accordance with the BTDS Manuals.
