Common use of DATA RECORDERS Clause in Contracts

DATA RECORDERS. Aircraft Flight Data Recorders and Cockpit Voice Recorders will only be used for investigation and maintenance evaluation and analysis. Such shall not be used as a means of monitoring orchecking a Pilot during the operation of any normal flight. During any investigation the contents of the Flight Recorder shall not be released by the Company to neitherthe general public nor the news media without the prior approval of the Pilot or Pilots involved and/or the Association.
