Data Retention Requirements. Data necessary to audit compliance with the standards set forth in this Appendix shall be maintained for a minimum of 2 years, and in connection with determining randomness where applicable, for a minimum of 6 months. To the extent not inconsistent with the foregoing, data shall be retained and backed up by the Electronic Accounting System according to the following minimum requirements: a. Accounting records; b.
