Common use of Data Subject Requests Clause in Contracts

Data Subject Requests. Conga shall, to the extent legally permitted, promptly notify Customer if Conga receives a request from a Data Subject for access to, correction, amendment or deletion of that Data Subject’s Personal Data. If legally permitted, Conga shall not respond to any such Data Subject request without Customer’s prior written consent except to confirm that the request relates to Customer. Conga shall cooperate and assist in responding to a Data Subject’s request for access to their Personal Data, to the extent legally permitted and to the extent Customer does not have access to such Personal Data through use of the Services.
