Data Subjects’ Requests. To the extent permitted by law, Service Provider will inform Customer as soon as is commercially and reasonably practicable in writing of any requests with respect to Personal Data received from Customer’s customers, consumers, employees or others (“Data Subjects”). Service Provider shall assist Customer, at Customer’s cost (Customer will be informed of costs before they are incurred and shall be approved by the Customer in advance), in responding to any request from an identifiable person and in ensuring compliance with its obligations under Applicable Data Protection Laws with respect to security, breach notifications, impact assessments and consultation with supervisory authorities or regulators. Service Provider shall cooperate with Customer if any individual seeks to exercise his/her rights (right to rectification, right to object, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability).
Data Subjects’ Requests. Service Provider shall assist Customer, by appropriate technical and organizational measures, as reasonably practicable, in the fulfilment of Customer's obligation to respond to requests by Data Subjects for exercising their rights under GDPR Articles 15 to 22 [Right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object, and right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated Processing, including profiling].
Data Subjects’ Requests. 4.1. Each party shall be responsible for fulfilling the data subjects requests each party receives in connection with the Agreement.
4.2. Where relevant, each party may provide the other party with reasonable assistance in complying with any data subject request each party may receive in connection with the Agreement.
Data Subjects’ Requests. 5.1. Where Company receives a request from a Data Subject or an applicable authority pertaining to Customer Data Processed by Company, Company will direct the Data Subject or the applicable authority to the Customer in order to enable the Customer to respond directly to the Data Subject’s or the applicable authority’s request, unless otherwise required under applicable laws. Parties shall provide each other with commercially reasonable cooperation and assistance in relation to the handling of a Data Subject’s or applicable authority’s request, to the extent permitted under the Data Protection Law.
Data Subjects’ Requests. The Data Processor may receive requests from data subjects, aimed at exercising their specific rights. the Data Processor shall: • provide prompt written communication to the Data Controller • verify the data subject’s identity, in order to control the legitimacy of the request, • check, in collaboration with the Data Controller, the accuracy of the information to give the data subject according to the request forwarded. • meet these rights – within the Data Processor’s functions – within the term provided for by the law and by forwarding any information concerned to the Data subject.
Data Subjects’ Requests. With regard to the protection of Data Subjects‘ rights pursuant to the EU Data Protection law, the Data Processor shall facilitate by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, the fulfilment of Data Subjects requests for exercising their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to automated decision-making by the Data Controller. Should the Data Processor be contacted directly by a Data Subject as regards the exercise of one of its rights, the Data Processor will promptly direct the requesting Data Subject to the Data Controller, which shall remain responsible for the proper handling of the request. The Data Controller acknowledges that a request to erasure by a Data Subject does not imply an obligation on behalf of the Data Processor to remove the Personal Data from all its back-ups if such removal would be deemed impossible or require a disproportionate effort.
Data Subjects’ Requests. 9.1 Forescout shall assist Customer, at no additional cost, as reasonably practicable, in the fulfilment of Customer's obligation to respond to requests by Data Subjects for exercising their rights of access, correction, objection, erasure, and data portability, as applicable. Forescout shall respond to Customer’s request for assistance in responding to a request from a Data Subject under Applicable Data Protection Laws promptly after receiving Customer’s written notice.
9.2 If the Data Subject makes a request directly to Forescout, Forescout shall promptly inform Customer by providing a copy of the request. Customer shall be responsible for responding to the Data Subject’s request, and Forescout shall assist as set forth above.
Data Subjects’ Requests. CloudBlue shall promptly notify Customer if it receives a request from a Data Subject to exercise its rights or any other Data Subject request, under the applicable Data Protection Laws. CloudBlue will not respond to any such Data Subject request without Customer’s prior written consent and will only do so in accordance with Customer’s instructions, except as necessary to confirm that the request relates to Customer. CloudBlue shall provide Customer with all reasonable cooperation and assistance in order to enable Customer to comply with its legal obligations in relation to the handling of Data Subject requests within the statutory time limits, to the extent that CloudBlue is legally permitted to do so and provided that such Data Subject Requests are exercised in accordance with the applicable Data Protection Laws.
Data Subjects’ Requests. 5.1. It is agreed that where Ongage receives a request from a Data Subject or an applicable authority in respect of Customer Data Processed by Ongage, Ongage will direct the Data Subject or the applicable authority to the Customer in order to enable the Customer to respond directly to the Data Subject’s or the applicable authority’s request, unless otherwise required under applicable laws. Parties shall provide each other with commercially reasonable cooperation and assistance in relation to the handling of a Data Subject’s or applicable authority’s request, to the extent permitted under Data Protection Law.
Data Subjects’ Requests. MONDA shall notify Customer without undue delay about any complaint, communication or request received directly by MONDA from a Data Subject and pertaining to his or her Personal Data, without responding to that request, unless ▇▇▇▇▇ has been otherwise authorized to do so by Customer. MONDA shall provide Customer with reasonable assistance in relation to any complaint, communication or request received from a Data Subject.
