Data Transmissions. Because Bluebird acts only as a conduit for transmission of data, Bluebird explicitly disclaims any obligations related to Protected Health Information and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. Customer shall have full responsibility and liability for all content Customer or any end-user transmits over Bluebird’s network or while using the Services, and Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Bluebird and any of Bluebird’s third-party providers harmless with respect to any claims therefrom.
