Data Upon Termination. In the event that this Agreement is terminated or expires, the Distributor will provide the Company any data reasonably requested by the Company that has been previously exchanged between the parties and is readily available to Distributor. Such data will be provided for a period of [***] unless otherwise agreed to by an officer of the Company. Any such data shared by the Distributor with the Company in the course of its business relationship will remain property of [***].
