DATA WITH RESPECT TO COLLATERAL. To the extent that information regarding the various securitization transactions entered into by the Company and its Subsidiaries is made publicly available by the trustees of such securitization transactions, the Company will provide to third parties a listing of such trustees' web sites by way of the internet web site of the Company, through public reports or filings, or through periodic press releases or provide other reasonable access or direction as to how to access such information; provided, however, that the Company shall not be obligated to take any such action if such action would violate the disclosure requirements of the various securitization transactions or applicable securities laws.
