Common use of Database Updates Clause in Contracts

Database Updates. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide WSDOT and the CONTRACTOR’s contracting partners with updated lists of affected or participating worksites, employee transportation coordinators, and jurisdiction contacts, as requested.
