Date and Method of Payment. Employee's pay shall be paid on the date and by the method that Employer customarily utilizes for paying employees. The compensation paid by Employer to Employee will be subject to applicable federal, state and local withholding taxes and payroll taxes and such other deductions as may be required by law.
