DATE AND PARTIES. This lease (Lease) is entered into between Old Sauk Trails Park Limited Partnership, as lessor (Landlord) and the tenant identified on the Reference Data page at the front of this Lease, as lessee (Tenant) for space in the building to be constructed on Lots 65 and 66, Old Sauk Trails Park, Sixth Addition, Madison, Wisconsin (Building).
