Common use of Date and Period of Operation Clause in Contracts

Date and Period of Operation. 3.1 This Agreement will operate from the date seven (7) days after it is approved by the FWC and shall have a nominal expiry date of 2 July 2027. By no later than 2 July 2026 the Employer intends to commence discussions concerning a replacement enterprise agreement. This Agreement will continue to operate after its nominal expiry date unless it is replaced by another enterprise agreement or terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Act.

By no later than 2 July 2026 the Employer intends to commence discussions concerning this Agreement is 28 February 2026. 5.3 Negotiations for a replacement enterprise agreement. This agreement should commence six months prior to the nominal expiry date, being 28 August 2025. 5.4 The Agreement will continue to operate in force after its the nominal expiry date unless it is until replaced by another a further enterprise agreement or terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Actagreement.

This Agreement will operate from the date seven (7) commence operation 7 days after it is approved by the FWC and shall have a will nominally expire 31st March 2027. 3.1.2. This Agreement will provide for back payment of any applicable increases to base rates of pay and overtime to the day after the nominal expiry date of 2 July 2027. By no later than 2 July 2026 the Employer intends to commence discussions concerning a replacement enterprise agreementprevious (2020) Agreement, providing that the Employee remains employed on the date this Agreement commences operation. 3.1.3. This Agreement will continue to operate after beyond its nominal expiry date unless until it is replaced by another enterprise agreement or terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Actby law.

(b) The nominal expiry date of 2 July this Agreement is at midnight on 30 November 2027. By no later than 2 July 2026 the Employer intends to commence discussions concerning a replacement enterprise agreement. . (c) This Agreement will continue to operate after its nominal expiry date unless from the Commencement Date until it is either replaced by another a new enterprise agreement or terminated in accordance with the Fair Work Act.
