The parties agree to commence negotiations to replace this Agreement no later than six (6) months prior to the nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 June 2026. The Agreement will continue in force until varied, terminated or replaced by another Agreement as agreed by the parties to this Agreement.

Date and Period of Operation. 6.1 4.1.
