Common use of Date and Period of Operation Clause in Contracts

Date and Period of Operation. This Agreement shall come into operation on the seventh day after the Agreement is approved by the Fair Work Commission (FWC) and shall remain in force until 30 September 2025 and thereafter in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
