Common use of DATE AND PLACE OF PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

DATE AND PLACE OF PAYMENT. The monthly rent and one twelfth of -------------- Lessee's share of estimated building operating expenses under paragraph 32.1 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- (i.e., expenses in excess of the expense stop) shall be due on the first day of ---------------------------------------------- each calendar month without demand. Rent and late payment charges shall be paid without notice or demand. All other sums shall be due upon delivery of written notice in accordance with paragraph 29.1.
